Living through the heart means relocating and repositioning the ‘I’ from abstraction or the mind to the heart.
Living through the heart means you don’t think of the self as a body or a mind but the heart. Doing so will give you a new and more accurate perspective on life. If the ‘bad’ thing happens to the body and mind which is good for the heart then it is good.
If a good thing happens to the body and mind which is bad for the heart then it is bad.
Living through the heart means looking at life through the lens of the diseases of the heart. Anything that keeps the diseases at bay is good and anything which increases them is bad.
Thinking like this is like the arrow flying through matter to hit the target. If you strip down your reality to the base of your purpose here on earth you will find that the only thing that matters is the purification of the heart.
Embrace what keeps the heart healthy even if it has made the body and the mind sick. Shun what makes the heart sick even if it is has made the body rich and the mind comfortable.
